The spaceous room, but I had the executive room so that figures.

I arrived, having booked a double room (not the twin which was also an option) and the two managers were telling me I will be put n a twin room. They were being so unbelievably rude, telling me they got the reservation the way they did and that's that, and I need to be less offensive. I was not being rude at all, but I did want to nod and say 'ok' to what I didnt want nor pay for. Worst "service"!

High speed wireless internet available in the rooms free of charge, very comfortable beds.

There are no smokers rooms and the breakfast is poor.

I liked the surroundings with many supermarkets and the fact that various local transport connections were nearby; the hotel provided a map and instructions how to get to the city, which we liked very much. Also, the hotel overall was clean, nice and quiet.

A bit out uf the main town. Had to take bus or tram into the centre everyday. When booking I thought it was more centeral.

The hotel was very good, our room was big but our friends had a small room.the room was very clean and very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there.the room had free wifi internet.also there was a parking not owned by the hotel but the access was very easy from a door just a few steps beside the reception. The price was 12 euros;easy access to the center with a tram just 200 m from the hotel

The location of the hotel in a poor and maybe dangerous district. There were two guys,most probably drunk , who were shouting in the reception during our check in. The staff was trying to calm them and at the end they succeed.
