Our renowned chef Martin Hoppers and his team create culinary delights made from fresh local products.

The Club Lounge is a private venue open to guests staying on one of the Club Floors. $350.+ for one night?! Please. Friday, day of leaving, no hot water, shower didn't work, and hair dryer was broken. Not a good value - to say the least. In America that type of room would have gone for approximately $100. Way too much for the low value.

Comforatble, nice large room, non-smoking

There was a huge wait for checking in ( a large coach-load of guest arrived just before and the desk was ovwhelmed). Also given the distance from Schipol, I thought that charging for the shuttle was a bit of a cheek.

It is 5 min by car from the Sciphol aiport so it iseasyto reach by taxi. makes is very convinient if you are traveling very early or late from/to the airport

Your care in getting us into a room early after a long night's flight. Help from the concierge in getting boarding passes on the Internet. The pea soup and breads for supper at the bar!!!

the pool was good, I found all staff were very helpful

breakfast was very crowded, there were no glasses for the fruit juice and no tea pots available, didn't go to breakfast after that. Was not impressed that there was a parking charge.

We arrived early in the morning, and our rooms were not ready, which we expected. As there were nine of us, the staff gave us a meeting room in which to change clothes, and the use of a bathroom to wash up, as we were headed to Amsterdam for the day. I had booked dinner reservations for the evening; there were eleven in our group. Although expensive, the food and service was incredible.
