デザイン、機能性、設備、ロケーションともグレードが高く、快適なホテルで、 今回の料金は割安でしたが.........。 たまたま手持ちのクレジットカードが旅行中限度額を超えたため、現金支払い を希望したところ、がらっとホテルの対応が豹変し、テレビを止められ、デポジットを２５０ユーロ（２泊分以上）払わされました。対応ぶりも屈辱感を覚える ような不愉快さで、大変後味の悪い滞在になってしまいました。ホテル自体はデザイン、機能性、設備等もよく快適でしたので、なおのこと残念でした。カード社会なので仕方がないとは思いますが、現金払いの客がホテル代を今にも踏み倒そうとしているかのように疑いの目でみられるのはいやなものです。 |

modern, comfortable, clean and free airport shuttle and free internet! You have to pay for the in room nesspresso coffee. :( The Toren Hotel provided the same for free. |

Was only a very short stay but noticable things were: the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel - very good The underfloor heating in the bathroom - I couldn't see how to turn it off and I was getting very hot putting on my make up in the morning. |
