Very little The staff are rude unhelpful ,i have been a very frequent user of this hotel , probably been 12 times in the last 4 years , i will not be going again. I do not expect to be charged £55 for breakfast to then have all the food cleared away as i am trying to eat. |

The hotel is excellent and I would stay here again This was the second time we stayed in the hotel, the first was in March 2008. Although we enjoyed our stay, we did enjoy our first stay better. The room was more spacious and seemed fresher, and we had a better range of toiletries available in the bathroom the first time we stayed. |

Position of hotel, great staff, good food, general comfort We did not like the fact that you have taken some rooms and made them smaller with bathrooms we could hardly move in, Did not like the floors with no carpet. My wife had to ask for slippers to stop her feet being cold. The cooling system seemed useless so we were very hot in our room. |

Everything! We have stayed there many times over the last 20 years and have never, ever found a flaw in goods or services! The Krasnapolsky is an excellent hotel!! |

The breakfast is excellent. The concierge is really helpful and friendly - he is the perfect man for the job! The hotel is in a great location and the facilities are excellent. |

The staff were very friendly and actually upgraded us to an apartment free of charge as our room was unavailable because we arrived early! They did not have to do this. The only problem with the apartment was the thin windows and although it backed onto a quiet street, it was sometimes noisey during the night. |
