We loved the old building and the way it had been refurbished for modern use It turned out to be rather difficult to discover how to heat the room, so we spent a cold night until we found out this mystery |

Suites are really nice. Plenty of room, even when staying with 3 people. Booking.com website indicated check in till 11:00pm. Hotel was expecting check in till 6:00pm. This created confusion and some hardship for the evening attendant during my late check in. |

Central location, good hotel restaurant. Reception was locked on Sunday lunchtime and we had left our luggage in there after vacating room at 11:00am. We told them that we would return at 13:00hrs to collect luggage and depart for train station but no-one turned up until we called hotel number and someone turned up at 13:45 which gave us 15 minutes to get to station - in the pouring rain. Perhaps if information about opening times etc was placed in rooms (in English) this would have prevented any misunderstanding. |

schone kamer mooi ingericht erg klein, met je koffer de trap opslepen, veel overlast van stappende jongeren om 4 uur snacts en om 6 uur s ochtends speelt r een carillon. Van zo n weekend kom je niet relaxed maar gebroken thuis. Sorry maar echt waar. |

Was in hartje centurm, gelegen vlak aan een gracht, heerlijk vertoeven daar! heel nette kamers en vriendelijk personeel. Prijs kwaliteit vonden wij het wel vrij duur. |

Het hotel zelf dicht bij het centrum, leuke indeling. Dat het restaurant gesloten was, maar ddarin tegen was er genoeg gelegenheid. Erg vond ik het ook weer niet. |

mooi gebouw midden in het centrum veel te duur voor wat je krijgt: slecht functionerende douche i.p.v. bad, niet passende wc bril, patatjes op de grond tijdens ontbijt,....niet het geld waard |

vriendelijk personeel en heeft een uitstekende kok bij toilet doorspoelen kwam het water in de wastafel en het bad naar boven; gebruikte koffiepad in apparaat, 1 kopje aanwezig, kruimels op het schoteltje van vorige eigenaar; bij ontbijt moest regelmatig gevraagd worden om aanvulling; huiswijn (zowel rood als wit) is matig. |
