Rummet var snyggt, det fanns många bra tv-kanaler (trodde aldrig att jag skulle se det som ett plus), renligheten efter städningen var utmärkt. Väldigt lyhört med tanke på hotellets standard, och extra lyhört till ett specifikt rum eftersom endast en dörr skiljde rummen åt. Duschen läckte in till toaletten. Handfatet var placerat i sovrummet och därmed kunde man inte tvätta händerna på natten om man inte ville väcka sin partner. Den pågående renoveringen störde rejält varje morgon. |

Frukosten och priset för denna var orimlig. Eur 23,50 för en mycket ordinär frukost är helt enkelt löjligt! |

We had to be moved rooms due to the noice from the main street and the window not closing properly....the room was very small and cramped,the shower leaked into the toilet area,when the room was cleaned on our 1st day the sink wasnt cleaned nor the table top wipped and the bed was just quickly made up.we asked to be moved rooms and was charged an extra 40 euro for a room in the basement |

Location Your told on website that you will get an open plan room but that was not the case. Also you only get 1 pillow and this dirty little silver pillow which I think is never washed(DONT use), apart from that the room was very clean. |

Nice environment, acceptable walking distance to some places of interests. There should be hand-grip to assist guest to get up from the bathtub, as it can be slippery and difficult to get up. |

staff, room, we had to change rooms because of noise outside work men. i payed more that what was stated on the booking form. i payed 337.27 and i was quoted 286 pounds. |

Main lobby area and reception was lovely with a great Wow factor The rooms did not live up to the same standard. Did not see any evidence of the design without interir walls - our room had a bathroom like any other! The only other dissapointment is that having spent the evening walking round a very cold city we were not able to get coffees/hot choclates to finish off the evening. |
