Spotless, comfortable room. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Great location in the buzzing heart of Chinatown.

Rating and descriptions were deceiving. Information said hotel had an "unrivaled location". This location is not the best because I was concerned for my family's safety. Even our tour guide said this was a "bad" area to be walking particularly at night.

the room was good-sized for one person, and was clear -- but most importantly (for me), it was pretty quiet.

my main complaint would be the opaque window between the bathroom and bedroom -- looks like a nice touch at first, but there's no way to block the light from the bathroom window (whether it's the sun in the morning or the street lights at night)

Good and interesting location right in the middle of china town and little italy. Short way to subway or shopping (on Broadway). The staff was friendly and rooms were clean and nice.

I am not a very picky person when it comes to breakfast, but the selection here was very poor. Could have more to offer that jam and peanut butter to put on your bread.
